Pork tenderloin - 300 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Pickled cucumbers - 150 grams, Vegetable oil - 1 tea liter, Mayonnaise - 50 grams, Salt - 0.25 tea liter.
Prepare these products for salad preparation. We will cook with pork, it should be veined, boneless, fat-free, lean piece, ham or tenderloin will work. The onion is salad red. It is better to take fresh meat, frozen before thawing. You can take boiled meat and then fry it. Pickled cucumbers, they should be delicious on their own, choose your favorite cucumber ambassador. Vegetable oil for roasting pork.
Rinse the selected meat under running water, dry with a paper towel or napkin, cut it into straws. Heat the pan strongly, pour vegetable oil and, stirring constantly, fry the chopped pork until tender. If pork does not fit into one layer in a pan, then fry the meat in two steps. At this step, pork can be salted a little and black ground pepper added as desired. Put the meat on paper napkins and leave to cool.
Cool the salad before serving. The salad feels simple, but it turns out really tasty. For a casual snack, it may require company in the form of potatoes or another side dish. But on the festive table it will look appropriate, where besides him there will be another snack and salads, it will perfectly shade many dishes.
