Fried bacon and tomato salad

How to make a salad with bacon? Prepare the indicated ingredients. Wash and dry the vegetables. Boil quail eggs until tender and cool. The dressing will be a mixture of butter and lemon juice, but you can use the sauce to your liking.
Fry the bacon on both sides in a frying pan over a medium heat until rosy. Then put it on a paper towel to get the extra fat gone. I didn't use butter to fry bacon.
Put the lettuce leaves in a deep salad bowl (I used ready-to-eat, salad in a bag). To do this, tear the Beijing cabbage or salad in a bouquet with your hands or cut into strips.
Top the salad leaves with the roasted bacon. I didn't cut it into smaller pieces, but you can do it if you wish.
Peel the boiled quail eggs from the shell, cut in half and put in a dish with salad.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the salad.
Cut the cucumber into circles or semicircles and lay with the rest of the prepared ingredients. I did not remove the skin from the cucumber. But if you use greenhouse cucumbers with a hard skin, it is better to peel them.
Season the finished salad with sauce, salt to taste, mix and serve immediately. Stir without pressure, better with two paddles, holding them in both hands. Make sure that you do not mash the products so that they remain beautiful, whole. Enjoy your meal!
