How to make a salad with fried potatoes straws and cucumber? Prepare the products according to the list. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool. Wash and dry the potatoes. Clean it. And grate for Korean carrots. If you don't have one, grate on a regular medium grater.
Transfer the grated potatoes to a colander and rinse under cold running water. Rinse the potatoes, washed to transparency, evenly on a towel to dry.
Peel the bulb onions, cut into thin half rings. Heat the pan on a stove over a medium heat, add 2 tbsp to it. not refined vegetable oil.
Transfer the chopped onions to pan-heated butter and sauté until golden, stirring well.
Cut the ham into thin straws. Instead of ham, you can pick up any other sausages, boiled or smoked meats.
Divide the chopped ham into two even parts, one of which is transferred to a salad bowl.
Put the fried onions in a bowl to the ham and, smoothing evenly with a spatula, cover the meat with them.
Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and add them to the bowl in an even layer, which is also aligned with a spatula.
Add a layer of ketchup over the cucumbers. I'm making a grid like this.
Add the chopped boiled chicken eggs to the salad in the next layer. Top the eggs with the second part of the chopped ham, flatten the layer.
Wash and dry the dill. Finely chop it.
Place the finely chopped dill on the ham. Again, make a ketchup netting on top of the greens.
Heat the refined sunflower oil into a deep pan. Heat it up. Add the potatoes to it. Fry the potatoes in oil, stirring with a spatula, until tender. Then transfer the finished potatoes to a napkin to remove excess fat. Add the potatoes in an even layer to a bowl of lettuce.
