4 servings10 min
Semi-smoked sausage - 250 g, Canned beans - 200 g, Pickled cucumbers - 50 g, Suhariki - 50 g, Lettuce leaves - 50 g, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
How to make a salad with beans and smoked sausage? Prepare the products. Choose sausage with a little fat, such as cervelat. You can boil the beans yourself, but it will be much more convenient and faster to use the finished canned food. The main thing is that it is not in tomato filling. Take rye crackers, choose additives to your taste.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Hang the canned beans on a sieve so that the glass has extra liquid. Then rinse it under running water and dry. I took both white and red beans.
Peel the smoked sausage from the film and cut into cubes.
Crackers can be taken ready-made or made on their own. To do this, cut the rye bread into small cubes and dry in the oven. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and salt to taste.
Rinse and dry the salad leaves. You can use one kind of salad, such as Iceberg, or a ready-made mixture. I have a mixture of romano salads, radiccio and frieze. They're great for this salad.
Put smoked sausage, pickled cucumbers, canned beans and part of the salad leaves in the salad bowl.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
And mix well.
Put the remaining salad leaves on the dish. Top with some of the crackers.
Place the salad on the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with the remaining crackers. Immediately serve the salad to the table so that the crackers are not soaked. Enjoy your meal!
