How to make a puff salad with prunes and smoked chicken? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to your liking. Mayonnaise can take a shop or cook yourself.
Clean the smoked breast from the skin and bones and cut into small cubes. Breast can be replaced with meat from smoked legs.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, chill and peel. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
Brush the pickled cucumbers off the brine and also cut into small cubes.
Wash the prunes, dry and cut into pieces. If the prunes are too hard and dry, you can fill them with boiling water and leave them for 10 minutes.
Burn walnuts in a dry pan and chop with a knife.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Cheese can be taken by anyone who likes it to taste. I have a Tilsiter.
Place a culinary ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm on the serving dish. Put the smoked chicken in the first layer and pour over the mayonnaise. I pre-transferred the mayonnaise into a cooking bag to make it more convenient to apply it to the ingredients.
Next, distribute the pickled cucumbers and also pour over the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle a layer of cucumbers with chopped walnuts and pour mayonnaise over it.
Top with the boiled eggs and also pour mayonnaise over them.
Next, lay out the prunes and mayonnaise.
And spread the grated cheese with the last layer. The top layer does not need to be lubricated with mayonnaise. Refrigerate the salad to soak for 3-4 hours, or better overnight. At the same time, it is advisable to tighten the ring with a cling film so that the upper cheese layer does not dry out.
Remove the cooking ring before serving. Garnish the salad with walnut halves, cucumber circles and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
