Salad with bell pepper crab sticks and tomatoes

Crab sticks - 125 g, Tomatoes - 100 g, Bell peppers - 120 g, Hard cheese - 80 g, Garlic - 1 tooth, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Salt - to taste
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for making lettuce with bell peppers, crab sticks and tomatoes. Crab sticks must be pre-thawed if necessary. We do it in the refrigerator, not in the room. And make sure that the packaging is not broken, it will save you from unpleasant consequences.
Cut the crab sticks into thin straws and place in a bowl.
We wipe my bell pepper, as excess water speeds up the process of spoiling products. Remove the peduncle and seeds. Cut into four parts and cut obliquely into thin strips. Add to the bowl with crab sticks.
Peel and grate the garlic on a fine grater. But it is best to chop garlic very finely. With this grinding, garlic does not release oil, and remains sharp and fragrant, not bitter. And of course we adjust the amount of sharpness to our liking.
Wash the tomato, wipe and cut into straws. Therefore, we choose dense, fleshy fruits with a minimum number of seeds. Add the cut tomato to a bowl of vegetables and crab sticks.
We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the bowl with the salad. In general, cheese can be taken to your taste and the sharper the cheese, the brighter the taste of the salad.
Add mayonnaise, salt and mix. If you don't like mayonnaise or simply can't, add sour cream or thick natural yogurt. Or you can season with a mixture of vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
