Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Anchovies - 6 pcs., Lettuce - 50 gr, Soft cheese - 20 gr, Parmesan - 10 gr, Mustard - 1 tea liter, Garlic powder - to taste
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a pan with a drop of olive oil. Anchovies need to be pre-soaked in water for 20 minutes, if they are very salty, I did not do this.
Mix ricotta cheese with mustard and dry garlic. You can replace cheese with natural yogurt. Season the resulting sauce with salad leaves.
Put salad leaves seasoned with sauce on a plate. Add anchovies, boiled egg, cut arbitrarily, crackers. Sprinkle with grated parmesan or grana padano.
