How to make a layered salad with pineapples, mushrooms champignons and chicken? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Any salad cheese is suitable, the main thing is that it grates well. Choose champignons light, without darkening and damage.
To make lettuce, boil eggs and chicken fillet. To do this, cook the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Boil chicken fillet in boiling water for 25-30 minutes. Salt a little. Cool the boiled fillet.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Rinse the champignons and cut into slices. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the mushrooms along with the onions for 4-5 minutes. Do not forget to stir so that nothing burns. Salt the mushrooms a little when frying. Cool the fried mushrooms completely.
To assemble the salad, use a culinary ring (16-20cm) or a side from a detachable shape. Place the ring on a wide dish. Finely chop the chicken fillet and place in the ring with the first layer of lettuce. Press the meat a little so that it is thicker. Grease this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.
Put the fried mushrooms in the next layer.
Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped cucumbers in the tin, pressing them down a little.
Peel the egg from the shell and grate over a coarse grater. Spread the grated eggs throughout the salad in an even layer.
Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples. Cut the pineapples themselves into small cubes and put in the next layer.
Put the cheese in the last layer. Rub it over a fine or medium grater and spread evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Put the salad in the fridge for a couple of hours to soak and cool. By the way, you can experiment with cheese and take any cheese to your taste.
Remove the ring from the salad before serving.
Garnish the salad and serve to the table. Fresh greens, berries or slices of fried champignons can be used to decorate. Enjoy your meal!
