How to make a salad Fish under a fur coat? Prepare the products. It will be more convenient and faster to use the finished herring fillet. But you can also cut the fish yourself. Rinse beets, carrots and potatoes well under running water with a brush.
Dry the herring fillet with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. You can use fresh salted fish or canned food in oil. I used pickled in oil. Carefully select the bones if they remain in the fillet.
