Jealous salad with mozzarella, crackers and tangerines

How to make a salad Jealous with mozzarella? Prepare all the ingredients. Wash vegetables and herbs well and dry. Lettuce crackers can simply be bought in store, but still taste better when made at home. Any white bread is suitable for this, but stale is the easiest to cut.
Cut the crackers as you like, I prefer slicing into straws. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and heat. Put the chopped bread, salt and sprinkle with seasoning to your liking, I have an ajika. Fry the crumbs over medium heat until browned. Add the grated garlic, stir and fry for a couple more minutes. Remove the crackers from the heat and cool.
Chicken fillet, I have breasts, rinse, dry and cut into straws. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and stir.
Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the pan and heat over a medium heat. Place the cut chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add 50 milliliters of water and simmer until the water evaporates and the meat is ready. Remove from the heat and cool.
Put the Beijing cabbage in a straw and put it in a bowl.
Release the bell peppers from the seeds and cut into thin strips. Add it to a bowl of kale.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and add to the salad. If you don't wake up using corn right away, take it out with a spoon to remove the foam, and pour the rest, if in a tin, into a glass one. For spiciness, you can add a cut half of onions.
Stir everything and pour over the tangerine juice. This will give the salad a light aroma and savoury feel.
Add the cooled chicken fillet to the bowl with the salad and stir.
Transfer the salad to a serving plate and spread out the mozzarella. Mini mozzarella is best for this salad, but if it's not, just cut the regular one.
Top with mayonnaise. If the salad is served on the festive table, do not season immediately, but make just a mesh on the surface. So the salad will look more attractive, will not give juice and will not deteriorate longer. It is better to put mayonnaise next to it in a separate dish.
