How to make raffaello salad with chicken and mushrooms? Prepare the indicated ingredients. Champignons are fresh. Pickled cucumbers. Two eggs, medium-sized bulb. Boiled chicken breast (can be taken in any form - both boiled, fried, and smoked). It is better to cut the salad finely, because it will be served in the form of balls, and large pieces may not look presentable.
Rinse champignons under running water from garbage and earth, remove excess moisture. Cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onions as well.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chopped mushrooms and onions until tender, salt lightly. Put in deep dishes to cool.
