Prince's salad with beef and walnuts

Beef - 500 grams, Eggs - 4 pcs., Pickled cucumbers - 200 grams, Walnuts - 90 grams, Salt - to taste, Garlic - 1 tooth, Mayonnaise - 120 grams
How to make Prince salad with beef and walnuts? Prepare the necessary products. Take a less fibrous part of the beef so that the meat in the salad is not stiff, and not too fatty. I took the veal. Fillet or tenderloin is suitable. Cucumbers can also be used pickled.
In boiling salted water, boil the beef until cooked. The cooking time will depend on the properties of the meat. Young beef will cook faster. Tougher meat will cook longer.
Cut walnuts with a knife not very finely.
Peel the garlic, wash. Finely grate the garlic or run through the press. If you want a more savoury salad flavour, increase the amount of garlic to two cloves.
Remove the meat from the broth, cool. Cut the meat into small cubes. You can cut the meat into straws, but keep in mind that in this case, the shape of cutting the rest of the ingredients should be the same. So the salad will look more beautiful.
Cut the cucumbers similarly into small cubes.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled with moderate boiling for 7 minutes. Pour cold water over the boiled eggs, leave until cool. Peel the eggs from the shell, cut into small cubes.
Place a serving ring (I have d = 16 cm) on a plate of a suitable size. Spread half the prepared beef evenly.
Apply the mayonnaise on top.
Then lay out half the chopped cucumbers. Spread half the grated garlic on top.
Apply the mayonnaise again.
Lay out half the chopped eggs. Again, mayonnaise netting.
With the remaining ingredients, repeat all layers in the same sequence (meat-cucumbers + garlic-eggs).
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the salad. Refrigerate the salad for half an hour to soak and cool a little.
Remove the serving ring. Before serving, you can decorate the salad as you wish. Enjoy your meal!
The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into the same size and shape in pieces (for example, cubes).
