Lettuce leaves - 300 g, Tomatoes - 200 g, Curd cheese - 150 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Olive oil - 3 tbsp., Lemon juice - 1 tbsp., Garlic - 2 tbsp., Black ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Sesame - 1 tbsp.
How do you make a salad of tomatoes, cheese and garlic to make it tasty, satisfying and non-trivial? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take any tomatoes, it doesn't taste like that, I took cherry (because they look prettier in the salad). Cheese - any soft. I have cottage cheese without additives. You can also use processed cheese, goat cheese, feta, etc.
Wash the lettuce leaves and other greens, dry. I used a ready-made blend of Tuscany (arugula, radiccio, romano, frisse). But any other mixture of salad leaves or just latuca, Chinese cabbage, will go here. I also added a couple of shredded sprigs of curly parsley and dill. You can add your greens to taste, such as basil, wild garlic, spring onions, etc.
