How to make bright puff salad Mistress's Kiss? Simple enough. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Beetroot can be used boiled or baked in the oven. The stores sell ready-made boiled beets in vacuum packaging. Using shop beets will save you time cooking.
Boil or bake the beetroot in the skin until tender, cool and peel. Rub on a fine grater. If there is a lot of juice in the beetroot, squeeze it off, otherwise your salad will flow.
Peel and grate raw carrots. If there is a lot of juice in the carrots, also squeeze it away from excess moisture. Carrots can be used not raw, but boiled or baked.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Which cheese is right for this salad? Any is solid, semi-solid. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes. I have ordinary Russian cheese.
