Chicken breasts - 1 pc., Champignons - 300 g, Eggs - 3 pc., Hard cheese - 200 g, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp., Bell pepper - 1 pc., Onions - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 100 g, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste
Fry champignons with onions in oil until fully cooked.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Cut the fillet into cubes and place the cockerel on a dish in the shape of a body. Rinse on top with mayonnaise.
Put champignons with onions on the fillet around the perimeter, sprinkle with grated eggs, it's good to level everything on top with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the salad generously with grated cheese.
Cut and decorate the Rooster salad from bell pepper with parts of the bird's body - beak, scallop, goatee, wing, legs, tail. Put the peppercorns in place of the eye. Let the salad soak for a while before serving. A pleasant appetite and a cheerful festive table!
