4 servings45 min
Chicken fillet - 300 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Tomatoes - 2 pcs., Canned corn - 5 tbsp., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Hot ground pepper - to taste, Tomatoes - 1 pc., Dill - to taste, Parsley - to taste, Carrots - 30 gr., Olives - 2 pcs.
Let's prepare our ingredients.
The first step is to make chicken fillet. I sprinkled it with spices and fried it until tender in a pan, but, if desired, the fillet can also be boiled in water or baked in the oven. Choose the way you like it more. Let the finished fillet cool completely.
We also boil hard-boiled eggs and boil carrots until fully ready. We will need carrots to decorate. Let all ingredients cool down.
Cut the chicken fillet into a small cube or bars.
We rub hard cheese on a large grater.
You also cut two medium tomatoes into a small cube, but first the tomatoes must be cleaned from the seeds, they can be easily removed using a teaspoon. Seeds need to be removed to get rid of excess moisture.
We peel the boiled eggs and rub them on a fine grater. We put them aside.
In a salad bowl, combine chicken fillet, cheese, tomatoes and canned corn.
Add a small amount of mayonnaise, and also, if desired, season the salad with salt and pepper. Mix.
Now we form & quot; Rooster & quot;. For this, we put our salad on a flat dish, trying to give it the shape of a cockerel's body.
We cover the salad on all sides with deposited grated eggs, slightly pressing them against the surface of the salad.
And now we start decorating. The eye is made from olive oil, but, if desired, you can take a pea of allspice or a piece of prunes. Cut the scallop and goatee from a piece of tomato. Cut the boiled carrots into narrow strips and form wings and tail from them, as well as a beak. Also, to add volume to the wings and tail, lay dill sprigs. I added pieces of olives to my tail. We tear parsley leaves off the twigs and decorate our salad from below with them.
That's all! Delicious and bright salad & quot; Rooster & quot; ready for the New Year 2017! A pleasant appetite!
