For the preparation of salad, gluttony with liver, take the following ingredients: pork liver, onions, carrots, pickled cucumbers, garlic, green peas, mayonnaise, salt, sunflower oil and parsley.
Clean the pig liver from films and cut into 1cm by 2cm pieces.
Over medium heat, fry the liver in a pan pre-lubricated with sunflower oil. At the end of roasting, do not forget to salt the liver.
Cut the carrots into a grater to make Korean carrots.
