4 servings2 hours 30 min
Boiled sausage - 300 grams, Green peas - 150 grams, Eggs - 3 pcs., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Pickles - 2 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste
How to make Olivier with sausage? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes and carrots beforehand and cool. Boil the chicken eggs hard-boiled, also chill them and peel them from the shells. Boiled sausage can take any, to your taste. Cucumbers can be pickled or pickled, this is not critical.
Drain the liquid from a can of green peas, and tip the peas themselves into a colander and let lie down for a while. This is good to do so that the salad does not & quot; float & quot; - we let all excess moisture dry.
Dice the boiled sausage. I took a milk sausage.
Peel the boiled and chilled carrots and cut into medium cubes. Try to cut all the ingredients into cubes of the same size to make the salad look beautiful and tidy.
Peel the boiled potatoes as well and cut into medium cubes. Slice the boiled and peeled eggs.
Dice the cucumbers. You can clear them from the skin, especially if it is tough. I didn't do that. Make sure your cucumbers are not too salty.
In a matching salad bowl, combine all the chopped foods with the peas.
Season the salad with Olivier mayonnaise. Better use a DIY home.
Stir the salad and taste for salt. If necessary, add more. Put Olivier in the fridge for an hour - it tastes better when chilled. Then you can serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
