Tomatoes - 4 pcs., Cucumbers - 0.5 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Bell peppers - 1 pc., Parsley - to taste, Dill - to taste, Salt - to taste, Olive oil - 2 tbsp., Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
How to make a salad from tomatoes, cucumber and carrots? First of all, prepare all the necessary products. For the brightness of the finished salad, I used red onions.
Peel the onions and carrots. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core with the seeds. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes. Rinse all vegetables in cold, clean water and dry with paper wipes.
Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges or medium cubes. The way all vegetables are sliced can be absolutely whatever you want. Send the tomatoes to a suitably sized deep salad bowl.
Cut the peel from the cucumber, if necessary. Grind the vegetable with medium-sized pieces and send to the tomatoes.
Chop bell peppers with thin strips or small cubes. Send to the salad bowl.
Put the carrots on a vegetable cutter for Korean salads. You can use a regular grater with large teeth. Add carrots to all components.
Cut the onions into thin half rings or feathers. Add to the salad bowl.
Rinse the greens, dry and finely chop. Send to all vegetables. Parsley, dill, young spring onions or basil are perfect for salad greens. You can use multiple types of greens at the same time. Pour olive oil and soy sauce over the top.
Mix the salad thoroughly and taste it. Pepper at will and add more if necessary. Stir everything again.
Serve immediately after cooking!
