Dandelion salad with red fish
4 servings1 hour 30 min
Red fish - 250 g, Hard cheese - 150 g, Potatoes - 3 pcs., Eggs - 3 pcs., Apples - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 100 g, Parsley - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the fish into small cubes.

Grate the cheese as well.

Boil the potatoes in the skin until tender, cool and peel. Grate the potatoes on a medium grater.

Boil the eggs hard boiled and peel. Divide into yolks and proteins and grate separately on a medium grater.

Peel and grate the apple. You can sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken.

Put a layer of potatoes on the dish and form an even circle of it. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put the fish on top. I never miss this layer with mayonnaise, since the fish is already fatty.

Put proteins on top and lubricate with mayonnaise. Distribute grated apples and also grease with mayonnaise.

Next - cheese and a little mayonnaise on top.

Sprinkle everything with grated yolks. It turns out such a beautiful salad resembling a May dandelion.

And to have even more similarities, decorate the salad around the edge with parsley.
