How to make a salad Stunned? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Open a jar of canned champignons and drain them. Smoked chicken can be bought ready-made.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell. Separate the chicken meat from the bones.
We will lay the salad in layers in a ring for assembly. Remove a pair of upper leaves from Peking cabbage and cut it along the floor. Wrap the Beijing cabbage in thin pieces and spread out with the first layer of lettuce. Grease this layer and all subsequent ones with a little mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and place the next layer over the Beijing cabbage.
Then grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater. 3-5 eggs can be used - depending on the desired layer thickness.
Chop the champignons and, similarly, lay out with the next layer of salad.
Wash the bell peppers, remove the core, finely cut and put in a ring on the surface of the champignons.
Lay out the cheese grated with the last layer. Remove the serving ring from the finished salad. The top of the salad can be decorated to your liking.
