How to make Chicken Night Salad? Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can take smoked chicken breast instead of smoked spud. Boiled eggs - two large or three small ones - I have small eggs, I took three pieces. Drain the liquid from the canned champignons.
Grind the prepared ingredients: cut the legs and cut the flesh; cut champignons if you have whole ones (I have already cut in a jar); divide the eggs into protein and yolk - rub the protein on a coarse grater, the yolk - on a fine one; grate the cheese on a fine grate.
The salad will be layers. It can be served in a common salad, or it can be served in portions. Put the chopped smoked chicken meat in the first layer. Brush a little with mayonnaise.
The next layer is chopped canned champignons. Lightly brush the layer with mayonnaise.
The third layer is rubbed protein (you can immediately mix it with a little mayonnaise).
Next, hard cheese grated on a fine grater. There is some mayonnaise on top. To make it convenient to wash the layer, it is better to apply a thin mayonnaise mesh.
The last layer is egg yolks grated on a fine grater.
Garnish the salad with fresh greens to taste - green onions, parsley or dill. Before serving, the layered salad needs to be held a little in the refrigerator.
