Chicken fillet - 250 grams, Eggs - 4 pcs., Carrots - 2 pcs., Hard cheese - 100 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth., Mayonnaise - 150 grams, Salt - to taste
Boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan, lower the meat into it. Add the salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes with a low simmer over a low heat. Then remove the meat from the stock and cool. Chilled chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Put half of the chopped chicken fillet in the selected salad dish. Brush the layer with the chicken with a little mayonnaise and garlic sauce.
How to boil carrots? Wash the root vegetables well, fold into a saucepan and cover with clean cold water. Cook the carrots for 20-30 minutes after boiling over a low heat, depending on the size. Peel and grate the boiled chilled carrots on a coarse grater. Put half of the grated carrots on top of a layer of eggs. Rinse this layer with the sauce.
Make salads only from fully chilled foods. Made with warm ones, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
