Chicken - 200 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Canned champignons - 200 gr, Korean carrots - 160 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Salt - to taste, Green onions - 30 gr, Mayonnaise - 75 gr
How to make Men's Tears salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I used fillet, but any part of the chicken would do. Spring onions can be replaced with bulb onions. If desired, scald it with boiling water to remove excess bitterness.
Wash the chicken. I salted the fillet a little and baked it in foil in the oven. You can boil the chicken in boiling salted water until tender. Cool the chicken.
Remove the champignons from the marinade, let the liquid drain. Cut the mushrooms into plates or small cubes.
Chop the cooled chicken into small cubes.
It is convenient to form a salad using a culinary ring. I took the ring from the 18cm split shape. Place the ring on a flat plate, put the prepared chicken.
Brush a layer of chicken with mayonnaise.
Wash the spring onions, dry well, finely chop. Sprinkle the green onions over the chicken layer.
Top evenly with the chopped champignons. Brush with mayonnaise.
Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled for 8-9 minutes. Pour cold water over the eggs to cool. Peel the eggs from the shell, chop them into a coarse grater.
Place the egg layer over the mushrooms, brush with mayonnaise.
Then lay out a layer of Korean carrots, apply some mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Sprinkle the salad over the top with grated cheese. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate to soak and cool a little.
Remove the cooking ring, decorate the salad on top with herbs if desired and serve.
