Classic moscow salad with smoked sausage

How to make a Moscow salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list for this. Boil the carrots, jacket potatoes and egg beforehand. Cook the egg in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool them completely in cold water. Wash potatoes and carrots, fly in with water and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, until soft. Then drain the water, and cool the vegetables. Drain the liquid with the peas.
Clean the cooled eggs from the shell. Remove the skin from the carrots and potatoes. It is convenient to do this with a sharp knife, just scraping it off.
Cut the sausage into small cubes and transfer to a comfortable bowl, in which you will prepare the salad.
Add the canned peas to the sausage.
Cut the peeled carrots, as well as the sausage, into small cubes and add to the salad.
Add the chopped boiled eggs.
Then the boiled potatoes are chopped. Season the salad with a little mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients together.
