Sea shrimp cocktail salad
1 serving15 min
Shrimp - 100 grams, Lemons - 0.25 pcs., Tomatoes - 0.5 pcs., Bell peppers - 0.3 pcs., Greens - to taste, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
For serving in a glass: lay out a mixture of tomatoes and pepper, decorate with herbs - it turns out a seabed with algae. On & quot; bottom & quot; lay out a neat slide of shrimp, decorate the cocktail with a slice of lemon. For the presented design, I also use a slice of tomato. I stick 2 toothpicks into it next to it. On one side, there remain 2 ends by which the structure can be fixed to the glass. And on the ends sticking out on the other side, we put shrimp.
Another serving option is in fresh pepper boats. For this option, we do not cut pepper into wedges, but carefully cut it at the edges to make boats. From 1 regular size bell pepper, you just get about 3 boats. Mix tomatoes with fried shrimp and put them in boats. You can decorate with greens or, for example, cocktail umbrellas on top.

We prepare the ingredients: my vegetables, peel garlic, thaw shrimp.
We cut garlic finely or with plastics - like mine.
Fry the garlic in a small amount of oil.
When the garlic is toasted, add shrimp, salt and pepper. Toast them for 5 minutes.
Drain the liquid, put the ready shrimp on a plate, spray with lemon juice.
Cut the tomato, leaving 1 wedge to decorate.
We cut off the stems from the greens, we will only need leaves.
We cut the pepper.
Mix the peppers and tomatoes, salt slightly and mix gently so that the tomato pieces do not fall apart.
