Mimosa salad with saira and butter

Preparing products:
1. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water.

2. Drain the liquid from the canned food, warm the fish with a fork to a more or less homogeneous state.

3. Peel the onions, cut into cubes - the smaller the better.

4. We peel eggs, separate proteins from yolks. Three squirrels on a coarse grater, and yolks on a fine one.

5. We also rub cheese on the grater. The components of the salad are prepared, we move on to assembly. We choose a salad bowl of medium depth, lay out some of the proteins on the bottom, then cheese, rinse with mayonnaise (I make a thin net). Next, lay out the canned food and sprinkle with onions, rub butter over the onions (after putting it in the freezer for half an hour). Then a layer of some yolks, mayonnaise again. We finish with the rest of the proteins, on top of which we make a mesh of mayonnaise. We send the salad to the refrigerator for at least an hour, after which we decorate with yolks grated on a fine grater and a green dill sprig. Handsome salad is ready to please all those gathered at the table) Pleasant appetite!
