How to make Mimosa salad with canned pink salmon? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I took medium-sized vegetables. Category S1 eggs. If the eggs are small, take 4. Mayonnaise choose any, to your taste. I have a home one. Take pink salmon in canned food in your own juice or in oil.
Wash root crops with a brush or a rigid sponge under a stream of running water. Pour water over the vegetables in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until tender. Drain the water, cool the vegetables.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled for 7-8 minutes after the moment of boiling. Pour cold water over the boiled eggs to cool and better clean the shells.
Remove the pink salmon from the can, remove large ridge bones. Mash the fish with a fork. At the same time, I add liquid from fish so that the salad is more juicy.
Peel the cooled vegetables, grate the potatoes.
Also grate the carrots over a coarse grater.
Using a fine grater, grind the cheese.
Peel the eggs from the shell. Separate the proteins from the yolks and grate on a coarse grater.
When forming a salad, it is convenient to use a serving ring. I used a split mold with a diameter of 18 cm. Put a layer of potatoes on a plate of a suitable size, salt.
Apply mayonnaise.
The next layer is canned pink salmon, again mayonnaise. Then a layer of grated carrots and mayonnaise. Salt the carrots a little.
Top with the grated cheese, brush with mayonnaise.
Put the proteins in the last layer, lightly brush with mayonnaise.
Garnish the salad as you wish, using finely grated yolks and dill. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour to soak.
Enjoy your meal!
Be sure to wash your eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Mayonnaise is better to cook on its own. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise. Also, not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt can be used as a dressing. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
