How to make Mimosa salad with canned food and rice? Prepare the products. Any fish is suitable - saira, herring, mackerel, pink salmon. Choose only canned in your own juice. Pre-boil the carrots and eggs and cool. Better take rice round, it will not turn out so crumbly, it is important for lettuce. It also needs to be boiled in advance. Choose high-quality cheese, without milk fat substitutes, one that will be easy to grate.
Boil rice. How to cook rice? Put the pan on the heat, boil the water in it. Pour in the pre-washed rice, add a little salt. Cook the rice over a low heat until tender - about 10-15 minutes, depending on the variety. It should become soft, but not boil into porridge. Place the finished rice on a sieve, let drain the water and cool completely. I was making a salad in a ring. Place the first layer of rice, spread it evenly, then grease the layer of rice with mayonnaise.
Wash and dry the bulb and spring onions. Peel the bulb and cut it smaller, such a cut is tastier in salads. Cut the green as well. Place the onions in a thin layer on the fish, and carefully spread the chopped green around the edges - due to this, the salad will have a beautiful green layer.
