Mimosa salad

Born in times of food shortage, Mimosa first correlated with treats worthy of the royal table. In the 70s of the last century, it was regarded as something exotic, savory and special.
Today she will not surprise anyone. The hostess can cook it on any day of the year, and not only for the New Year. Fortunately, the ingredients are affordable, and the recipe does not require much effort, knowledge and skill.

How attractive is the dish? Appearance is a business card. It cannot be confused with any other dish - first of all, it looks interesting due to the top layer consisting of yolks. From the side, the composition resembles a flower, and if decorated with sprigs of greenery, the similarity will become even more noticeable.

A relatively low calorie content - only 183 kcal per 100 grams - is another advantage of this dish. By comparison, Caesar's energy value is 130 more.

Fish completes the picture. Under the outer layer of carrots, onions and rubbed eggs, behind the mask of a "dietary" culinary masterpiece is the fragrant gift of the sea. It soaks each piece with juice and smell, so the salad, by definition, cannot turn out dry.

Seafood lovers will definitely like it. But those who suffer from egg intolerance from the treat are better off abstaining. Although, non-classical recipes for Mimoz salad remove this ban.
