Salad favorite with tomatoes

In this version of the salad "Favorite" we will use chicken breast-grill. It is very easy to cook it, although you can buy ready-made and not waste time. If we cook on our own, heat the grill to a temperature of 250 degrees, rinse the breast with running water, dry with a paper towel, salt a little and bake until tender. If desired, an aerogrile or oven can be used in convection mode. We start working with chicken further after it cools down completely. Cut the breast into small cubes and transfer it to a plate for a while. The "Favorite" salad is laid out in layers, so first we cut all the products into separate dishes, and then we will collect the finished dish. Cut the tomatoes into a cube. We try to chop onions as little as possible with a small cube or half rings. After that, we shift the already cut onion into a colander and blow it with boiling water. This will relieve him of bitterness, but it will not deprive him of taste. We transfer vegetables to separate plates. I wipe my mushrooms with a dry towel so that there is no excess moisture when cutting. Cut into records. Heat the pan with vegetable oil, transfer mushrooms to it, add a little salt and fry until tender (about 15 minutes). Their number should be halved and the color turned golden. We leave the finished mushrooms to cool on a plate or colander, if you need to get rid of excess fat. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and pour ice water until completely cooled. As soon as the eggs have cooled, we peel them and rub them on a coarse grater. When all the ingredients are ready, we start forming a salad. You can serve it in one large plate, or you can serve it in portions for each guest. The second option looks more spectacular and complete. We take the forming ring and install it on the plate. We lay out the breast with the first layer, onions on top of it. Salt to taste and grease with mayonnaise. Put the mushrooms in the next layer. They are quite fatty, we immediately lay out eggs on top of them. We lubricate with mayonnaise and can salt at will. We lay out a layer of grated cheese and supplement the finished salad with pieces of tomatoes. We decorate the salad at will, for example, with fresh herbs or a mesh of mayonnaise.
