1. Boil the shrimp in salted water with lemon juice, then peel.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 8 parts.
3. Wash the salad mixture, recline in a colander and let drain with water.
4. In a salad bowl, combine shrimp, tomatoes, crackers and lettuce leaves. Season with olive oil and mix.
