Chicken salad with mushrooms and walnuts

How to make a chicken salad with mushrooms and walnuts? Prepare the ingredients. You can take any part of the chicken. I have universal mushrooms - champignons, but it can also be any other seasonal mushrooms, you can also use frozen mushrooms, having previously thawed them. Any cheese will work, but preferably not very soft varieties so that it can be grated.
Clean the onions, cut into a small cube.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be any vegetable from sunflower to olive, but preferably refined, since only refined oils can be heat treated. Place the chopped onions in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes until golden.
Wash the mushrooms well, cut into a cube.
Add the mushrooms to the pan, salt so that the mushrooms give away the excess liquid, fry for about 15 minutes until crisp. Then cool well.
Mix the mayonnaise with the crushed garlic. I let it through the press, but you can crush it with a knife or grate it on a fine grater. I also strongly recommend using homemade mayonnaise of your own production, in the store not only there is no benefit, it is even harmful to the body. It is quite possible to replace mayonnaise with sour cream or natural yogurt.
Our salad is flaky, let's start directly cooking it. Boil the chicken, if you have raw chicken, in salted water for 20 minutes, then chill and cut into small pieces.
Combine the chopped chicken with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise with the garlic.
Prepare a dish to serve the salad. Put the chicken with mayonnaise in the first layer.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (usually 8 minutes after boiling the water), cool the eggs in cold water, peel and grind.
Place a layer of eggs on the chicken, then some mayonnaise.
Now a layer of fried mushrooms, - distribute it over the surface. Some more mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese and place on the mushrooms.
The final touch is walnuts. Roughly chop them and place the lettuce on top. According to your desire, nuts can be pre-fried in a pan.
Let the salad brew for about 30 minutes and serve. Enjoy your meal!
