Chicken fillet - 250 gr, Prunes - 150 gr, Hard cheese - 70 gr, Walnuts - 50 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Apples - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 70 gr.
How to boil chicken fillet? Pour approximately 1. 5 litres of water into the pan. When boiling, salt (about 0. 5 tbsp) and send chicken there. For taste, you can add black peppercorns (3-4 pcs) and bay leaves. Cook over low heat under a lid until tender (approximately 20 minutes after boiling). If the fillet is easily pierced with a knife, then it is ready. Chill without taking it out of the stock to keep the meat dry. Cut into small pieces.
Rinse prunes and cut into small pieces. If dry and stiff, pre-fill with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain, dry the dried fruits with paper towels and finely chop. Also finely chop peeled walnuts with a knife. The kernels can be crushed (not very finely) in a blender or poured into a bag, crushed using a rolling pin.
How to shape a salad? Place a cooking ring (about 18cm in diameter) on a flat plate. Put the fillets in the first layer, brush them with mayonnaise. Distribute prunes evenly with the second layer. Mayonnaise again. Then eggs and mayonnaise. Apple - mayonnaise. Cheese - mayonnaise. Top the salad with chopped nuts. Mayonnaise can be transferred to a cooking bag and applied to each layer of mayonnaise mesh.
