All products successfully combine with each other and complement each other. The salad is laid out in layers in a ring, which makes it portioned. Two salads will come out of this amount of food - cook more if the need arises.
Chicken fillet - 300 g, Champignons - 150 g, Hard cheese - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Mayonnaise - 100 g, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to make a salad with fried mushrooms and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash meat and vegetables. Boil the potatoes and carrots in a uniform until cooked. Lower the chicken fillet into a saucepan of boiling water, salt and cook for about 15-25 minutes. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, then hold in cold water until completely cooled. Cook all products at the same time to save time.
Wash the fresh champignons, cut into strips, transfer to a warmed frying pan with vegetable oil. Salt to taste and fry over high heat with stirring for about 3-5 minutes. Why fry on a high fire? In this case, the mushrooms will remain as juicy as possible.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces across the fibres. Cut the boiled eggs into medium-sized cubes with a knife or run them through a special strainer. Grate the cheese over a coarse grater. Cheese can take any hard or semi-hard that rubs well on the grater. Peel and grate the carrots and potatoes. If you like, you can divide all the products into two equal parts to make two serving salads.
Transfer the chopped chicken fillet and fried mushrooms to a bowl, add the mayonnaise, stir. Mayonnaise can take anyone, I have home. I cooked two salads, so I divided all the products into two equal parts.
Place a salad ring on the dish. Put a mixture of chicken meat and mushrooms in the ring in the first layer and fit it well with a spoon. I used a ring with a diameter of 10. 5 centimeters. For one large salad, take a larger diameter ring. And in this case, do not divide the products into two parts.
Put the prepared grated potatoes in the second layer and also thoroughly spoon them.

The last, fifth layer is grated cheese. Sprinkle them with the salad. Leave the salad to soak for 10 minutes, then gently remove the salad ring.

Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly from the soil under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the spoiled spots, if any.
