How to make a salad with chicken, mushrooms, carrots and eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Eggs must be boiled in advance. To do this, fill them with cold water, put on a heat and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water against contaminants. Finely chop the onions, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot pan and put the chopped carrots and onions. Fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes. During frying, they will become soft. Then transfer them to a separate plate and leave to cool.
Rinse the champignons thoroughly and dry, then finely chop. Fry them for 5-7 minutes. During frying, the mushrooms will decrease in size and begin to fry. Remove them from the heat and cool them in the same way.
Chicken fillet must also be boiled in boiling water in advance for about 30 minutes. Then cool. Chop the cooled chicken meat into small cubes. Peel the eggs from the shell.
