How to make chicken salad, mushrooms, onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can take breast fillet or hip fillet as chicken meat. Boil the chicken beforehand in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Then cool down. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes, then cool them in cold water.
Rinse champignons in running water from contamination and dry. Then cut the mushrooms into slices.
Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse. Cut the onions, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
