Prepare the ingredients. To make chicken salad with pineapple, apple and celery, we will need: chicken fillet, canned pineapples, celery stalk, sweet and sour juicy apples (Semerinka variety, Granny smith), chicken spices (optional), mayonnaise, vegetable oil for frying and salt.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into bars.
Salt the meat, pepper, sprinkle with curry and mix. I had ready-made chicken spices containing ground peppers, so I didn't additionally pepper the meat.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet on it until tender. Transfer the finished chicken to a plate.
Remove the pineapples from the jar and shake off the syrup. Cut the fruit into bars. Also cut the celery stalk into small, thin bars.
Rinse the apple thoroughly, remove the tail and core, peel (optional) and cut into small bars.
In a salad bowl, combine fried chicken fillet, canned pineapples, chopped apple and celery.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Mix everything well and serve to the table. Good appetite!
