How to make a salad with shrimp, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the shrimp from the freezer just before cooking. It is better to take cheese with a not pronounced taste.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? To prevent the eggs from cracking when cooking, put them in cold water and set them to cook on a small heat. Cook the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature difference. Peel the chilled eggs from the shell and cut into small cubes. Put the prepared eggs in deep dishes.

Cut the hard cheese into small cubes. Not very big. Add to the chopped eggs. It is better to cut the cheese, and not grate it - the salad will look more beautiful and neat.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry. Cut into small cubes, too. Add to previously prepared products.

Remove the frozen shrimp from the package and place for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water. Tip back into a colander. Do not cook shrimp longer - they will become rubber. Clean the cooled shrimp - tear off the tails, head and remove the shell. If the prawns are large, you can cut them in half. Put in dishes with salad.
