To make the salad not only tasty, but also very beautiful, form it in layers in a culinary ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm. Install the ring on the dish, put most of the crab sticks in the first layer. Top with mayonnaise. For convenience, I transferred the mayonnaise into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.

How to make a salad from shrimp and crab sticks? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Take large selected eggs, if the eggs are small, take 4 pieces.
Boil the shrimp in salted water, cool and peel. Shrimp can be used any - large or small. The net weight of the peeled shrimp should be at least 200g, so if you have head and shell shrimp, take them with a supply. Leave a few whole shrimp to decorate the salad.
Cut the rest of the shrimp into small pieces.
Cut the crab sticks into small cubes or grate over a coarse grater.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Separate the proteins from the yolks and rub separately in different dishes: proteins on a medium grater, yolks on a fine one. Set aside a little grated yolk to decorate the top of the salad.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
Spread the prawns evenly with the next layer and also pour over the mayonnaise.
Spread the grated cheese on the shrimp and pour over the mayonnaise.
The next layer is grated proteins and mayonnaise.
The penultimate layer is grated yolks with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle over the top of the salad with the remaining crab sticks. The layer should not be too thick - it is needed for beauty rather than taste. The red and white top of the salad looks very beautiful on the table. Place the salad for 1 hour in the fridge for soaking.
