Lettuce red sea layers

1. We prepare the necessary products: - cut my bell pepper in half, clean the seeds from it, cut out the peduncle, then dry the pepper using paper towels. Put the peppers on the cutting board and cut each half into strips. Pepper for lettuce must be chosen in red, it is important that it is bright, beautiful, juicy and sweet; - my tomatoes, dry with paper towels, cut tomatoes in half, cut out stalks. If the tomatoes are very juicy, we remove the flesh with seeds on a separate saucer and use it in the preparation of another dish (you can just bite). Then cut the halves of tomatoes into strips commensurate with the strips of bell pepper; - crab sticks, which must be removed in advance from the freezer so that they have time to defrost at room temperature, cut coarsely along the strips. It is necessary that all the ingredients were cut in about equal size and shape in pieces. So the salad will be more beautiful and original visually, unlike the more familiar fine slicing.
2. Now it's time to cook the dressing, for which in a separate small bowl we mix together mayonnaise, dried garlic (you can replace with one or two fresh denticles passed through a special press), as well as black ground pepper (ideal if just ground) and salt to taste. We mix everything, try again, adjust the amount of salt, pepper and garlic, mix. Dressing is ready!
3. We grease the bottom of a beautiful salad salad (or we use a couple of small portions! ) With a small amount of dressing, then put tomatoes, dressing on them, you can mix and flatten the layer with a spoon. Next, we lay out crab sticks, and on top we grease them generously with dressing, the last layer is bell pepper, which we also grease, with the remains of dressing. We leave a few strips of pepper to decorate the finished plate.
4. We decorate the salad with the remaining bell pepper and sprigs of fresh parsley. Salad can be served immediately on the table. Enjoy your meal!
