Red sea salad with cheese and crab sticks mixed

Bell pepper - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 50 g, Crab sticks - 100 g, Garlic - 5 teeth, Mayonnaise - 50 g
We take bell peppers in red, the size is medium. If the pepper is large, then half is enough, I just used half the pepper, and left half for the decor. Rinse it, remove the stalk with seeds and cut into a thin long straw. We take a tomato that has not sung and is tight. Also mine and cut into straws: first in circles, and already in circles in straws. While cutting tomatoes, we remove the seeds and the juicy part, leaving only the hard part.
Gently stir everything with a spoon. We taste it, you may want to add garlic. If everything suits you, then the salad is ready. It, like other dishes, is better to eat fresh. As a design, you can make a fish. I cut it out of the rest of the pepper: an oblong calf, a lush tail and two fins. Decorated with mayonnaise.

We take good quality crab sticks (that is, more expensive) so as not to spoil the taste and appearance of the salad. Thaw them and cut them into thin strips.
We rub cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese needs to be bought of good quality: not a cheese product, but a full-fledged and well-ripened cheese.
Combine the prepared products in a suitable bowl: tomato, pepper, crab sticks and cheese. Add the crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%, or better at home. The fatter the mayonnaise, the thicker it is.
