Squid - 300 g, Cherry tomatoes - 120 g, Hard cheese - 80 g, Garlic - 2 teeth, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
If the squid is frozen, defrost them first. If the carcasses are uncleaned, rinse them thoroughly and peel off the skin and films, remove the chord. How to make Red Sea salad with tomatoes and squid? Prepare the ingredients. We'll need: squid fresh or frozen, tomatoes (I have cherry tomatoes); cheese; garlic; mayonnaise. If desired, you can add salt and pepper.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters.
Chill the ready-made squid, cut into strips.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
