Squid - 300 g, Cherry tomatoes - 120 g, Hard cheese - 80 g, Garlic - 2 teeth, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
If the squid is frozen, defrost them first. If the carcasses are uncleaned, rinse them thoroughly and peel off the skin and films, remove the chord. Boil the squid one at a time in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then they will retain their shape. Don't cook longer!!! Otherwise, squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless.
