Tomatoes - 3 pcs., Bell peppers - 1 pc., Crab sticks - 220 g, Garlic - 2 teeth., Hard cheese - 200 g, Mayonnaise - 150 g
How to make Red Sea salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Vegetables - tomatoes and bell peppers rinse well in running water from pollution. Then dry with a towel. Salad cheese can be used by anyone. The main thing is that it can be easily grated.
Remove the crab sticks from the packages. Cut each crab stick into 3-4 strips, then finely cut across.
We will lay out the salad in layers. This requires a special salad ring or an ordinary split cake tin. Place the tin immediately on the plate on which you will serve the salad. Lay the first layer of chopped crab sticks on the bottom of the split mold. Press the layer of crab sticks a little so that they settle down more tightly. Separately mix the crushed garlic with the mayonnaise. Grease this layer and all subsequent ones with the resulting sauce.
Cut the bell peppers into two and remove the core. Then finely chop the peppers.
Place the chopped bell pepper in the next layer, pressing it a little.
Grate the cheese and put 2/3 of the total into the ring in a third layer.
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the peduncle. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. To prevent tomatoes from flowing in the salad, remove the juicy core from them.
Put the chopped tomatoes in the next layer.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top of the salad and remove the ring from it. Red Sea salad is ready! Chill it a little before serving and garnish a little to your liking. Vegetables and fresh greens can be used to decorate.
The finished salad is light and very tasty. And the aroma of garlic pleasantly complements all the components. Enjoy your meal!
