Chicken fillet - 200 gr, Potatoes - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Eggs - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Cherry tomatoes - 200 gr., Hard cheese - 80 gr.
How to make Red Riding Hood salad with tomatoes? Prepare the ingredients. Wash the vegetables and egg well and dry. Boil them until tender and cool. I advise you to take mayonnaise at home. Instead of chicken, you can use other meat, sausage or mushrooms, fried, pickled, salty, for your taste. If you take the chicken, boil it in salted water in advance and cool.
Brush the surface of the salad with a brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise. If it turned out to be wet enough like mine, you may not do it. Spread the cherry halves over the entire surface of the salad. Sprinkle the base of the salad with grated cheese. Serve the salad to the table. Enjoy your meal!
