How do you make a salad with crab sticks, rice and corn? prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Open the tin of canned corn and drain the liquid from it. Rinse the cucumber well in running water against contamination. I use long-grain rice - it cooks less.
For salad, you need to boil rice and eggs. Lower the rice into boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. It usually takes 15-20 minutes. The rice should get soft. Tip the finished rice into a colander to make the glass extra water. Cool the rice. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then cool them in cold water and clean them from their shells.
For the salad, grab a comfortable, deep bowl and combine the chopped eggs and canned corn in it.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes into a salad bowl.
Next, add the chopped crab sticks.
Transfer the cooled rice to a salad bowl and season the salad with mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients.
