How do you make a crab stick salad with cabbage, corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Chicken eggs should be boiled hard boiled in advance so that by the time the salad is cooked, they have time to cool down. 
Spoon the cabbage with thin shavings and put in a deep plate.
