How to make a salad from crab sticks, tomatoes, eggs and cheese? Prepare the products. First remove the crab sticks (crab meat is possible) from the refrigerator so that they defrost completely. Pre-boil the chicken eggs, then cool in cold water. Take hard cheese without a specific taste. For dressing lettuce, you can use both mayonnaise and a mixture of mayonnaise with sour cream.
Remove thawed crab sticks from the package. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes poorly removed. To facilitate the process, hold the sticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes and place in the selected salad dish.
Peel boiled and chilled chicken eggs from the shell and rub on coarse grater. Add the grated eggs to the salad bowl. You can also cut them into cubes.
Rinse fresh tomatoes with running cold water and dry with a towel. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the salad to the previously prepared ingredients. For this salad, choose small fruits, not overripe, with hard walls and juicy flesh. Do not take too watery tomatoes for salad.
Remove the selected hard cheese for salad from the package and grate on a coarse grater. Add the cheese to the salad.
Peel the garlic cloves from the husks and pass through the press (or grate on a fine grater), add the crushed garlic to the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise and stir. Try the salad for salt, salt it if necessary.
