How to make a salad from cabbage, cucumber and bell pepper? Prepare all the necessary products. It is better to take a young cabbage. She has juicy crispy sheets, which is undoubtedly ideal for vegetable salads.

Remove the external damaged leaves from the cabbage. Rinse and dry the head. Shave the cabbage in thin strips. Send to a deep, comfortable salad bowl.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and add a pinch of salt to the salad bowl. Remember the cabbage with your hands to let the juice in. Instead of lemon, it is permissible to use vinegar 5% or 6% to taste.

Rinse bell peppers in clean water. Remove the core and seeds. Cut the peppers into thin straws or semicircles as you like.
