Cabbage - 500 grams, Cucumbers - 1 pc., Bell pepper - 1 pc., Lemons - 0.5 pcs., Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp., Parsley - to taste, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Rinse bell peppers in clean water. Remove the core and seeds. Cut the peppers into thin straws or semicircles as you like. For the brightness of the finished salad, I recommend using fruits of different colors. A ready-made dish will look beautiful and appetizing if, for example, you use half of yellow and red pepper. Add to the cabbage.
Wash and dry the cucumber. If the cucumber has a rough peel, then it should be cut off. Cut the vegetable into thin bars or semicircles and send to all other components. Finely chop the greens. Dill and parsley are good for lettuce. If you have green young onions, be sure to use them. Add the greens to the salad. Salt everything and pepper to taste. Pour vegetable or olive oil over it.
