Squid - 300 gr, Shrimp - 200 gr, Parsley - 50 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Cucumbers - 1 pc.
Peel the squid from the skin, inner films, remove the chitin plate and insides. If the squid is frozen, defrost them first, but not to the end - it is easier to peel the frozen squid. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, no longer, or they will become rubber and tasteless. Then cut the squid carcasses into small pieces.
You can leave the salad right in the salad bowl or put it in a culinary ring for a festive serve. In this case, you need to put the salad for 1 hour in the refrigerator so that all the ingredients are compacted and the salad does not fall apart after removing the ring. Serve the finished salad with squid, shrimp and cucumber, decorated with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!

How to make a salad from squid, shrimp and eggs? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Boiled squid can be replaced with canned squid. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream.
Pre-boil the shrimp in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Then chill the shrimp, peel. If desired, you can remove the black stripe on the back of each shrimp. Cut large shrimp into small pieces. I had prawns that were already peeled small, so I didn't cut them.
Wash the cucumber, dry it. To make the salad more delicate, I advise you to peel the cucumber. Then cut the flesh into small cubes.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, chill and peel. Cut into small cubes.
Wash the parsley, shake off the moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
